CBD and vaping

Vaporization is essentially vaporization. The fact is that vaping is the most effective way to ingest CBD. During vaporization, CBD goes from the lungs directly into the blood, so the effects of CBD are practically immediate (unlike oils, ointments or other methods of use).

You can think of vaping as boiling a pot of herbs, taking a towel, putting your head with the towel over the pot, and inhaling the vapors. Vaporization works similarly, only for it you need modern devices - vaporizers. These are used to inhale herbs, but not only cannabis, you can also use a lot of other medicinal herbs with a vaporizer.

Vaping is healthier than smoking

Logically, vaping is much healthier than smoking. You can inhale valuable substances without harmful substances that are created during combustion. And that there are a lot of them, including cancer-causing ones. You are really only inhaling what the given herb or cannabis contains. During vaporization, the temperatures are such that effective medicinal substances are released from the herbs, but at the same time they are not damaged. You don't damage your larynx or lungs. The effects are better than smoking. In addition, you can vape practically everywhere, the same restrictions as in recent years do not apply to smoking. By vaporizing CBD hemp, you can use up to 80 % of the active substances.

Types of vaporizers

Before we get into the specific types of vaporizers, it's a good to explain that different vaporizers use different heat sources. They can use:

- Conductive heating
This method works by heating the herbs with an electrically heated metal or strainer. As a result, the temperature here is poorly regulated and part of the herb is burnt. It's not the most efficient, but it's used in small vaporizers.

- Convection heating
This warm-up is ideal. Heated air passes over the herb, so that the active substances evaporate evenly. The herb does not burn, because it does not come into contact with the heating element.

- Infrared heating
Here, radiation energy (most often electricity) is used. The herb absorbs energy, heats up and the active ingredients evaporate into the inhaler.

But let's get back to vaporizers. There are several types of vaporizers, which can be divided into 3 categories:

- Vaporizer pens
Small pen-shaped vaporizers, or electronic cigarettes. These vape pens are small and discreet. However, they use the least effective conduction heating, but this is logical for small vaporizers. These most common vaporizers are not only practical, but also the cheapest.

- Portable vaporizers
These vaporizers are now larger, but still portable. They are more effective than vaporizer pens, but they are also larger and more expensive. You won't use them at the bus stop, you need a bit of calm to use them. They can be easily recharged.

- Desktop vaporizers
These fixed vaporizers are not portable and are plugged into the mains. This is the highest quality vaporizer with convection heating, ideal for home use. They are luxury vaporizers for those who want to use vaporization to the full for therapeutic and relaxing purposes.

Vaping hemp with CBD is becoming more and more popular. It is the most effective form of taking CBD regularly. CBD improves mood, increases appetite, relaxes muscles, helps against epilepsy and has many other positive therapeutic effects without negative side effects.
